Preserve hand-edited README sections when rendering
Running the documented renderer replaces the entire README with render_readme(data), so unrelated edits to installation, evidence, licensing, acknowledgements, or introductory text are silently discarded whenever a contributor updates the catalog. This conflicts with the contributor guidance that only generated README rows should not be edited by hand; limit replacement to explicitly marked generated regions (and the count badge) so ordinary README maintenance survives a catalog render.

Readers currently have to scan long descriptions across 14 mixed categories to find a suitable Hermes workflow. This redesign preserves all 82 entries and gives them a consistent way to compare outcomes and prerequisites.
Validation: all 82 entries occur exactly once in the full listing; generated README links and page backlinks resolve; original page bodies and source URLs are preserved; generation is idempotent; git diff --check passes. Checked the CI selector against all 82 real edits plus substantive-body and new-URL changes.
Source verification still runs for every substantive page edit or URL change. Generated-summary-only changes are identified by comparing the complete original body and URL set, and are checked by the renderer instead. No source-check thresholds or URL-check behavior were changed.
A separate read-only preflight of 94 existing non-GitHub URLs found 72 responding, 2 blocked, and 20 failures, including local/template addresses and pre-existing 404s. Those sources were not changed or relabeled as passing. The legacy weather-market page's missing primary URL is explicitly noted. No integrations were executed during this redesign.
