When conducting automated corporate research, competitive intelligence, or labor market analysis across companies using Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or SmartRecruiters, spinning up headless browsers for each career page is often a major latency and resource bottleneck (800MB–1.2GB RAM, 45–60s per page).

To optimize this research workflow, I built ATS Zero-Browser Gateway:

• Direct Protocol Retrieval: Targets the underlying internal JSON/CXS endpoints without launching a browser.

• Speed: Scrapes 40+ jobs with full descriptions, compensation, and HTML in 8.9 seconds at ~43MB of RAM.

• Deterministic Delta Tracking: Emits clean ADDED, REMOVED, or UPDATED lifecycle diffs to track hiring trends over time.

• MCP Standard: Works as a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Claude Code, Cursor, and automated research agents.
